Our services
Newport News Demolition is a referral service that connects property owners on the Virginia Peninsula with independent, licensed demolition contractors. We do not perform demolition work ourselves. Referrals and quotes are free of charge. Any price discussed before an on-site assessment is an estimate only; the binding price is the written, itemized quote the contractor provides after seeing the property, under a separate agreement between you and that contractor.
Requests and communication
When you submit our form or contact us, you authorize us to contact you by phone, text, and email about your project. To provide your quote and perform requested work, we may connect you with a licensed local demolition contractor. No guarantee of results
We aim to respond to every request promptly, typically within one business day, but do not guarantee a specific response time, availability, or that any particular project can be undertaken.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newport News Demolition is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site. Actual demolition work is governed by the separate written agreement between you and the contractor performing the work.
